Our Mission
The Kitchen Table Foundation exists to strengthen the brotherhood and sisterhood of the fire service, law enforcement, and EMS. We provide a place for first responders to gather, break bread, and find connection through camaraderie, shared experience, and support. Rooted in tradition, built on trust, and driven by service, we aim to uphold the mental and emotional well-being of those who run toward the call.

The Kitchen Table Foundation envisions a national community in which every first responder is recognized, supported, and empowered – where connection overcomes isolation, and where the enduring values of service, sacrifice, and solidarity are upheld through every season of the job and beyond.

It all started with a guy eating some wings
This whole thing started because one guy went to a restaurant and ate some wings and he posted it on Facebook. Two other guys commented on how good they looked and asked why they hadn’t been invited. Then a fourth chimed in wondering when a meet up was going to happen. So, they scheduled a lunch.
